Off-site appointment assistant
Working with the end users, especially off-site proves to be one of the most difficult challenges company has to face. There are however certain measures that can be taken to improve this experience and provide a better interaction between both sides. Preferably the solution has to be user friendly and very flexible so it could be later reused with minimal changes. Moreover, it should be used with as little extra effort as possible.
Web application used by the employees working off-site with the customers. It allows them to browse and manage various tasks and appointments that need to be handled, schedule meetings with the clients, fill the site surveys about miscellaneous customer facilities. Moreover, the application is easily adjusted to the business-specific requirements that are an inherent part of each company. The application itself is a responsive web application, meaning the end users can open it on any device they have with themselves, including smartphones, tablets, laptops etc.
Users of the application are connected automatically to an enterprise system and are authenticated and authorized using Single Sign-On functionality. The use of microservice architecture allows to easily extend or replace existing features with low cost.
